Windwood Presbyterian Church
The spiral composition of the Master Plan for Windwood Presbyterian Church symbolizes an inward-seeking path towards spirituality while simultaneously stressing the importance of reaching out into the community. The nucleus of this 57-acre centrifugal design is a 3,000-seat sanctuary adjoined by an amphitheater and grand lawn for outdoor services and concerts. Phase One includes a 600-seat fellowship hall, full banquet kitchen, adult education wing, youth house, preschool, basketball pavilion, and central plant. Phase Two includes the sanctuary, prayer chapel, administrative wing and elementary school. Future phases are designed to include a wedding chapel, middle school, high school, gymnasium, regulation playing fields and a conference center.
